Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are inclusive of air-conditioning, welcome pack and weekly laundry service (available for stays of 2 weeks or more). Weekly laundry service. Sheets and towels provided for villa use; please provide own towels for beach and pool use. Free welcome pack, containing essentials such as milk, bread and butter.

Changeover days are flexible. Check out time before 11am and check in time from 4pm onwards, although we will do our best to fit in with late night/early morning flight times. If no-one is booked into the villa we are happy to allow guests to arrive early or stay until they have to leave for the airport.

A deposit of 25% is required and is non-refundable, the balance must be paid eight weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £100 is also required, which is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property and return of keys and mobile phone. Discounts are available for long winter lets and stays of three weeks or more. Please contact us for the pricings.

How To Get There

Paphos International Airport is about 15 minutes away by car and Larnaca International Airport is approximately a 90 minute drive.

Although the village offers shops, restaurants and a take-away, car hire is essential. We can organise taxis from both Paphos and Larnaca airports; please ask if you require airport transfers.
